Local Councils will ask for a Statement of Environmental Effects for most Development Applications.

A Statement of Environmental Effects (SEE) is the record of the environmental assessment, which necessitates a process of identifying and discussing the planning and environmental information relevant to the site or proposal.

A Statement of Environmental Effects outlines:

- The likely environmental impacts of the development

- How the environmental impacts of the development have been identified

- The steps that will be taken to protect the environment or to lessen the expected harm to the environment.

How long will it take?
Usually we can prepare an SEE within 5-10 working days.
